Sign before high season and your rate is locked. Retainer pricing holds at the rate you sign at, even when day rates carry the high season premium.
Annual prepay: pay for 12 months up front and the 12th month is free. Twelve months for the price of eleven.
No travel fees inside the Keys. Lower and Middle Keys work beyond Key West is quoted per trip.

Charter retainer FAQ
Do you bring your own crew and gear?
Yes. No imported crew, gear dialed for the water. Local Key West operation, no travel fees inside the Keys.
What about the FKNMS commercial filming permit?
The Florida Keys National Marine Sanctuary commercial filming permit has a roughly 120 day lead time. Dock and crew content covers months 1 to 3 while the permit is in process. On-water filming activates from month 4 onward.
Can I switch between Lite, Anchor, and Fleet tiers?
Yes. You can switch on a month boundary, no penalty. Email me by the 25th of the month to take effect the following month.
What if I cancel before the minimum term?
Final invoice covers months delivered. No clawback on already delivered content. You keep the licensed library for everything shipped.
What is not included?
Out of state travel days, additional shoot days beyond the included monthly cap, and paid talent. These are quoted separately when needed.

Quick math on reels: a one off Full Day gives you 2 reels, once. The Lite retainer gives you 4 reels every month. If you need an ongoing presence, the retainer carries you further. If you just need a single shoot for one listing or campaign, the day rate is the right call.
Add-ons: Paid advertising license (+$400 on Half Day, Full Day, and Lite), rush delivery (+25%), extra edit rounds ($75/hr)
Day rates carry a +15% high season premium from November through April. Retainers signed before high season stay locked at the signed rate.
Standard delivery is within 7 business days, with one revision round included. Rush delivery available as an add-on.
No travel fees inside the Keys. Lower and Middle Keys work beyond Key West is quoted per trip. Travel beyond the Keys is on the Custom tier.

Do you offer drone coverage?
Yes. I fly drone where legal, safe, and appropriate for the project.
What is the turnaround time?
Standard delivery is within 7 business days, with one revision round included. Rush delivery is available as an add-on. I reply to inquiries within one business day.
Do you travel outside the Keys?
Yes. I handle multi-day productions, broker inventory at scale, and travel beyond Florida on the Custom tier.
Can you shoot interiors and underwater?
Interior yes, standard on every package. Underwater is an add-on on Campaign Day and Custom.
What's your refund policy?
Full payment locks the date. Full refund if you cancel more than 48 hours before. Full refund if I need to reschedule. Within 48 hours, refund minus 50% if I can't fill the slot. Full policy at /policies.
