Do you work with property managers and multi-unit portfolios?
Yes. I price per-property and offer discounts on portfolios of three or more. Scheduling across multiple addresses is straightforward.
How fast is turnaround?
Standard delivery is 48 hours for stills. Rush and same-week video is available on request so a listing can go live the week of the shoot.
Can I use the photos on VRBO, Airbnb, and my own site?
Yes. Licensing covers all listing platforms, your property management site, social, and paid ads. Print and large-format usage is available on request.
Do you shoot twilight and drone exteriors?
Yes. Twilight exteriors and drone aerials are available as add-ons or bundled into the higher tiers. FAA Part 107 certified for commercial drone work.
