Booking Policies

Booking and Payment

Full payment locks your shoot date. Once paid, your slot is reserved. Stripe receipts are sent automatically.

Refund Policy

Full refund if you cancel more than 48 hours before the shoot.

Full refund if I need to reschedule for any reason.

Within 48 hours of the shoot, refund minus 50% if I can't fill the slot.

Rescheduling

Either party can reschedule with more than 48 hours notice at no charge. Within 48 hours, rescheduling counts as a cancellation under the Refund Policy unless I can shift to a different available slot.

Weather

Outdoor shoots affected by weather get rescheduled at no charge, or fully refunded if you prefer. I make the weather call by 6 AM the morning of the shoot.

Deliverables

Digital files only. Delivered via Dropbox or Google Drive link. Standard turnaround is 48 hours. Same-day preview gallery available on Signature and higher tiers. No physical prints, USB drives, or proofs as part of the standard package.

Usage Rights

You receive full usage rights for marketing the shot subject (your listing, charter, brand, event). I retain rights to use the work in my portfolio and marketing. No exclusivity unless agreed in writing before the shoot.

Late Delivery

If I deliver later than the stated turnaround, you receive a 25% refund per day past the deadline, capped at full refund.

Force Majeure

Neither party is liable for failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government action, or force majeure events. In such cases, deposits are refunded and the shoot rescheduled at the earliest mutually convenient date.
